  1. Your Realtor is going to be doing a lot of things to get as many buyers to come through your door as possible. You want those potential buyers to be able to envision themselves living in the home and really make it their own.
  2. Whether your home is vacant or needs a little de-cluttering. Staging Professionals can come in and consult; helping you to know how to re-organize things to better free up and/or optimize the space. Or they will come in and bring in new furniture and/or accessories and completely decorate the house.
  3. Statistics show that in almost every case, either one of those situation it is going to improve your opportunity to not only self faster, but sell for a higher amount.
