- When it comes to installation, you will be able to tell by observing it, or by having an inspector take a look at it, as to whether it was done right the first time, when you’re thinking of buying a home.
- Maintenance: When you buy a home, whatever the siding is on it, make sure you take care of it, clean it, paint it, re-caulk it when necessary, and keep your gutters clean of debris. (Poor maintenance & Gutter overflow are the primary enemies of your siding)
