  1. Remember the goals of exposing your listing to the MLS in the first place; you want to maximize exposure first and foremost to the local active buyers
  2. Build anticipation and excitement for your home; if you have too many photos they may feel they have already seen your home.
  3. Get buyer into you home; create & encourage showing opportunities, don’t give too much, just enough to get them into the house.
