- Buyer Representation – Realtor is only representing the buyer
- Seller Representation – Realtor is only representing the seller
- Dual Representation (Disclosed Limited Agency) – One broker or company represents both parties in the real estate transaction.
- In many situations it can be beneficial to have your own representation, whether you are the Buyer or the Seller. However, being involved in a dual agency situation can work in both parties favor if you have a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Broker.
